Comment choisir ta spécialisation ? 👀 🇫🇷 À travers la France, nos étudiant·es arrivent à un moment clé : celui de choisir leur spécialisation en 3e année, et de préciser la direction qu’ils souhaitent donner à leur parcours. Lors des portes ouvertes internes à Paris, ils ont pu explorer les différentes spécialisations, échanger avec les équipes et confronter leurs intuitions à la réalité des métiers. Doute, déclic, évidence : chaque parcours est unique. Et pour toi ? C’est peut-être le début d’un choix qui dessinera ton avenir dans la mode. 🧵 🇺🇸 Across France, our students are reaching a key moment: choosing their third-year specialization and defining the direction they want to take. During the internal open days in Paris, they explored the different specializations, met with teams, and confronted their instincts with the realities of the industry. 🇺🇸 At The Glasshouse in New York City, Global Fashion Fusion emerges as a meeting point between two visions of fashion, brought together by @LIM College and ESMOD France, both part of the Japan Educational Foundation (JEF) network. Conceived and produced entirely by LIM students, the show becomes a space for dialogue, where French creative precision meets a New York approach grounded in market realities. Here, creation meets strategy, in a subtle balance between artistic expression and an understanding of commercial challenges. At the heart of this dynamic, twelve recent graduates from ESMOD France : Farah Abidi, Marion Badin, Irène Bergoin, Lou Biemonte, Aivan Cox, Hanna Gorzewski, Anne Nageleisen, Alyce Payet, Clara Pontille, Martina Rose, Nathan Vandenberghe and Maëla Ziegler present collections conceived as personal narratives. The silhouettes explore tensions between fluidity and structure, between textile experimentation and the rigor of pattern making. In parallel, the work of LIM College students, responsible for production and staging, frames and elevates these creations within a professional context. In this encounter, more than a runway show, a true ecosystem takes shape. The collections come to life in a setting where every detail, from casting to scenography,  engages in dialogue with the garments themselves. Global Fashion Fusion becomes a suspended moment in time, where two institutions, two cultures, and two approaches intertwine to build a shared vision, both refined and forward-thinking. 📸Sean Zanni/Getty Images 🇫🇷 À NYC, Global Fashion Fusion réunit LIM College et ESMOD France autour d’une vision commune de la mode, au sein du réseau Japan Educational Foundation. Pensé et produit par les étudiants de LIM, le défilé devient un espace d’échange entre précision créative française et approche new-yorkaise ancrée dans le marché. Douze diplômés d’ESMOD France présentent des collections comme autant d’écritures personnelles, entre expérimentation textile et rigueur du modélisme. Plus qu’un défilé, un écosystème. Deux institutions, deux cultures, deux approches qui s’entrelacent pour construire une vision raffinée et forward-thinking.
