New work and first project of 2026: seanhazen.com @sean.hazen is a Los Angeles–based photographer whose work spans lifestyle, architecture, and travel. Originally from Okayama, Japan, his practice explores the contrast between nature and urban life, finding meaning in everyday scenes. Esinly&Co designed Sean’s portfolio website to showcase projects for clients including SoHo House, Tiffany & Co., and Aesop. The design prioritizes generous white space, allowing the photography to take center stage. #abcmarist was selected as the website typeface for its humanist warmth and technical versatility. Its oldstyle figures, small caps, and italics provide a typographic hierarchy that complements the elegance and soul of Sean’s work.

yuvalhaker.com — new portfolio for @yuvaroo Creative direction and design by @esinly The Emmy-nominated director’s expressive worlds are framed in a simple, clean interface. I set the headlines in a playful stylistic set of #ABCGravity, selected to complement the tone of the films. Looping footer animations, each a small vignette about the creative process, were drawn by Yuval specifically for the site, keeping it surprising with every refresh. After 15 years of friendship with Yuval, this felt less like a brief and more like translating a language we already share. Animation support by @arthurgwg
