Hospital Público. Sim, esse mesmo que aparece nas notícias… filas, pressão, críticas. Temos muitos desafios mas a minha experiência tem sido muito diferente. Tenho passado algumas horas, duas vezes por mês, no Hospital de Faro. Tempo suficiente para ver o que realmente acontece, não o que se diz. E o que vejo é isto: Profissionalismo. Calma. Humanidade. Pessoas a lidar com dor, ansiedade, impaciência … todos os dias. E, mesmo assim, mantêm respeito, presença e cuidado. Sem atalhos. Sem indiferença. Sistema? Pode ter falhas. Mas as pessoas que o sustentam são de outro nível. Isto também é o hospital público. E quase ninguém fala disto. Fica aqui o reconhecimento. A quem está lá dentro, todos os dias, a fazer acontecer… obrigado 🙏!!!!

A Magia de Crescer e Imaginar ✨🛡️ Num mundo em que as crianças têm cada vez menos tempo de ser crianças, vamos perdendo a magia de crescer e imaginar, algo que só elas conseguem fazer de forma tão imersiva. Tive a oportunidade de preparar uma viagem especial (com a ajuda do meu amigo GPT) por Portugal e Espanha, com uma caça ao tesouro de relíquias mágicas, para o meu filho e dois dos meus sobrinhos favoritos. O melhor da viagem foi ver as crianças à procura das relíquias e como os seus olhos brilhavam. Estavam completamente imersos na história, envolvidos de forma profunda. Foi uma verdadeira aventura mágica. Espero que todos os meus amigos e família tenham tido uma boa época festiva e que o futuro nos traga mais momentos como este. Que nunca percamos a capacidade de sonhar e imaginar, porque é aí que reside a verdadeira magia.

🎉 Just back from CES 2025 in Las Vegas, where over 141,000 attendees and more than 4,500 exhibitors, including 1,400 startups, showcased the future of tech. The scale was incredible, but navigating such a massive event requires strategy. Tips for Navigating CES (or any big event): 1️⃣ Prepare & Focus: Define key areas to explore, like I did with AgTech, AgeTech, AI in MarTech, and TravelTech, and connect with relevant people beforehand. 2️⃣ Use Your Network: Reach out via LinkedIn or mutual contacts to schedule meetings. 3️⃣ Prioritize Side Events: Smaller gatherings are where the real, meaningful conversations happen. Key Takeaways from CES 2025: • AI is maturing: Moving from buzzword to real-world applications. • Robotics are booming: Robots were everywhere, showing major advancements. • Global shifts: South Korea’s presence was huge, but European representation, especially Portuguese, could be stronger. ✨ What makes CES truly special is the people.
