Our third bass-ridden cruise through the streets of Vienna is in the books. The 2nd upload from my personal archives is a recording I did back in 2024 and represents a sound I deeply love but harldy ever play at gigs. I've tried many times before and after but I never could capture what I love about everything 180bpm and beyond in a more fitting fashion than with this mix. As only a few of you might now I've been recording every second I play at home since my very beginnings as a DJ in 2009. After coming back from a short hiatus of 3 months I decided this might be a good moment to share this recording I did back in January with you guys. Since this is just one of the more than 30 random recording sessions I did at home in the last 3 months of taking a well needed break from playing gigs there's no tracklist this time, but if you want to know an ID just drop a comment at the timestamp you are interested in and I'll get back to you asap! This recording is a testament to why I'm a DJ since 2009 and never once thought about stopping since then. It's about my everlasting passion for DnB in all it's colours and about pushing myself time and again to find blends and doubles that surprise myself as well as the dancefloors I get the honour to command. This may sound odd but it's what I strongly feel DJing is about: exposing dancefloors to something they didn't expect and can't get from other artists than myself because I'm not about hype but a deep and true passion for this music and culture. I had the pleasure of recording yet another mix for @pandora.vienna for the 96th episode of her "Pandoras Playground" show on @radio_superfly , once again representing the @booyah.vienna sound with a few sprinkles of other flavours of DnB that influence me greatly on top. Booyah! is a crew consisting of @robert_unics , Pandora and myself focused on a mix of Drum&Bass and Jungle drawing heavy influence from Reggae and Jamaican Soundsystem Culture.
