When did going out for coffee start involving biting your tongue and settling for whichever beans just so happen to be in the barista’s grinder on that particular day for reasons beyond your control with little to no regard for your personal preferences? Soon, any and every Escape coffee will be available to you. You’ll be able to dabble or dive into varied flavour profiles and regions and washing methods on a drop-in basis, in a single sitting, one after the other or one next to the other, comparatively, experimentally or religiously, with or without rhyme or reason. In case you missed it, Single Dosing™️ is here. What’s it to ya? It means you’ll go from ‘can I get uhhhhh’ to ‘I came here for that roast, and that roast alone.’ At Escape, where possible, and within reason, we always preach and practice present, intentional, awakened coffee rituals. We’ve gone out of our way and into a lane of our own to be able to offer you between 10-25 coffees on a whim, on tap, if you will, in order to give your coffee ritual more milage. Single Dosing™️ is about giving you that many more opportunities to tap into that presence, that clarity, one only coffee can elicit.
Wake up, walk over to our Lab, take your pick, there and then, between the 10 to 25 coffees that make up our warm, bright and limited series, as an espresso or manual filter. Welcome to single dosing. Here, it’s your way or the highway. Your coffee ritual just reached a new calibre.

What a ride… As I step into the 8th year of @escapecoffeecompany , sitting in this space — two years in the making — feels unreal. A new chapter is unfolding before my eyes, and I can’t express enough gratitude to the people who helped shape this adventure into what it is today: my babe, friends, family, my incredible staff, suppliers, partner clients, and online customers.
Being an entrepreneur is an adventure, and being surrounded by amazing people is everything you could hope for. (I can only tag 20 accounts.. you know who you are, and I’ll be forever grateful.)
I’m humbled by how much we’ve grown, guided by our genuine values.
We now roast on the “Ferrari” of the roasting world. We thought our coffee couldn’t get any better — we were wrong.

What should we call you all, and ourselves, as a whole—Escape-ers? Hmmm, not quite right. One track mind-erites? Grain-defiers? The Bean Team? Eek!
