[how I ended up on the cover of a natgeo]
Last October I was bumming around @glaciernps living out of my car and sleeping in my friends spare bedroom of her run down trailer attached to a bar. It was starting to get cold, the days were getting shorter and most of my friends had left for the season. I didn't exactly know why I was sticking around but I had shot with ladzinski earlier in the week and he mentioned he might hit me up to shoot later, an opportunity I wouldn't pass up for anything. As the days went by my hopes of getting to know that legend of a photographer slowly diminished. I had also heard about another national geographic photographer in the area doing a story about millennials in the national parks and reached out to tell him how I was spending a lot of time cliff jumping in the park. I was afraid to spend to much time in the park since I wouldn't have cellphone service and if one of these guys decided to finally reach out I didn't want to miss that opportunity. I hadn't heard back and was getting ready to say goodbye to montana and head south when I finally got that call from @arni_coraldo . Despite having super short notice and daylight quickly disappearing we headed to the closest spot in the park I could think of to jump which I had only jumped in for the first time a couple weeks before. It took jump after jump to the point I started to lose feeling in my hands and feet due to the numbing cold of the glacier river. I'd never really jumped for a professional photo before but it really pushed me to tweak my form as @arni_coraldo made slight adjustments in between each shot, both of us fine tuning our craft together for that perfect photo. I was incredibly honored when nearly 10
months later I got the news that this photo had been selected to be featured in the cover story of this months issue of national geographic which was news to me since I thought this was just going online not in print. I also learned today that this photo was an alternate option for the cover of the magazine when I stumbled across a photo of it printed on the copies that shipped out to Thailand. Thank you all for following me in this journey. Link to the story in my bio

Birds vs @antigravity_global ๐
Iโve had birds attack my drones in the past and itโs rare to actually get a good shot of them because of the restricted framing of a normal drone. Because the A1 is a 360 drone you can perfectly frame them after the fact. This was shot at @siyamworld and no birds or drones were harmed in the making of it ๐คฃ
Tiny Planet on a Tiny Island ๐๐๏ธ The classic 360 cam perspective, but higher than ever with the @antigravity_global A1 droneโจ
TIP: To film in a clean and vertical path upwards, itโs easiest to just hold the up button on the grip controller. Reframe the footage to keep your subject centered and get creative with speed ramping. ๐๐ผ

Constantly blowing my own mind at the shots Iโm able to achieve with the @antigravity_global A1.
But then again itโs hard to take a bad shot at @sunsiyamiruveli
Got dunked on by @vj.edgecombe ๐
Stoked I got invited out to Philly by @instagram to make this piece to promote the NBA All-Star game this weekend. Shot the whole thing on the @insta360 X5 and @fpolev . Would you guys be interested in seeing a more in depth behind the scenes of this shoot?
I get my adrenaline rush just standing up there on the slippery wet platform filming @bradenrumpit with my @insta360
This was a fun one working with @redbullcliffdiving in Boston. The camera was perfectly to the side of him which makes these kind of rotating tracking shots possible. @redbullusa #redbullcliffdiving
