Today officially marks 3 years. From our trips to Pismo Beach, El Salvador, Reno, Lake Tahoe, Camping and many more adventures to come.
Three years with you… that’s not just time passing — that’s memories, growth, laughter, lessons, and a love that’s only gotten deeper. When I think about everything we’ve shared, I don’t just see moments, I see a life we’ve been building step by step.
What makes us special isn’t just that we love each other — it’s how we love. We can be completely goofy, laughing at the dumbest things, and then turn around and have the real, serious conversations that matter. That balance, that friendship, that comfort we have with each other… that’s rare. That’s the kind of love people hope to find.
You have such a caring heart. The way you love your family, the way you show up for the people in your life, the way you care without even trying — it says so much about who you are. Being loved by someone like you is something I’ll never take for granted. You don’t just love, you love deeply, genuinely, and with your whole heart. And somehow, I get to be the one you choose.
These three years haven’t just made me happier — they’ve made me better. You’ve been my peace on hard days, my biggest laugh on good days, and my constant through everything in between. With you, love feels safe. It feels like home. It feels like I don’t have to pretend to be anything other than myself.
I’m grateful for every joke, every hug, every talk about the future, every little moment that probably seemed small at the time but means everything now. What we have is real, and it’s strong, and it’s something I’m proud of.
Three years down, and my heart still chooses you the same way — easily, fully, and without hesitation. And if the last three years are any sign of what’s ahead, I know the best is still coming.
