Is this real life?? PARIS HERE WE COME, WE ARE GOING TO THE OLYMPICS!! It has been hard to wrap my head around the emotional rollercoaster this has been but I could not be more proud of the fight I put up to be in this situation. The US women’s hammer is exploding with talent and it is a honor to represent them on this stage. I do not take that lightly and am extremely excited and ready to do so! As weird as this is to say, I am not satisfied with this season. I have more to prove and more to show. Just to recap the last couple weeks, I got 3rd place at my 2nd Olympic Trials. Then followed that up with my first international meet in Canada, where I knew I needed a good mark to boost my ranking. I achieved season’s best of 72.10m and secured my spot on the Olympic Team! I cannot fully put into words how thankful I am for all the love and support I have received. To my husband, @bigjoenasty1645 , for being my number one fan, showing me love, for always standing in my corner AND for dragging my father and father in law to drive all the way from IN to OR🤯 to see me throw and cheer me on!
