The last few years have been a bit of a battle with my own head.
Self doubt, maybe even the fear of failing, was a real thing for me. I found myself running away from the one thing that actually makes me happy. I went on autopilot, angry with myself and the world, masking it in all sorts of ways, working all sorts of jobs in industries that never stuck (the signs were always there lol)
But my 20s were also full of incredible experiences and opportunities I’ll always be grateful for. Assisting the best, fashion weeks, working with brands and artists younger me wouldn’t have imagined.
Since turning 30, it’s time to bet on myself again.
This post is a simple reminder to myself why I started this.. and that I’m pretty fuckin good at it too.
Moving forward the focus is styling artists, connecting cultures, and building collaborations between the Portuguese and UK creative scenes.
