The reconstructed patterns. Which is your favorite?
A. [22S][22S][422S][42S][2S1] is the combination equivalent of 22[42]41
>> 441 flashes with a reset <<
B. [22S][22S][422S][22S][32S] is the combination equivalent of 22[42]23
>>423 fragment: "up-over"<<
C. [22S][22S][322S][42S][22S] is the combination equivalent of 22[32]42
>>423 fragment: "over-up"<<

Further deconstructed groundstate p5 multiplex patterns into their 3 ball variants.
A) 22[32]42 > stall variant
B) 22[42]23 > 1/2 time beat
C) 22[42]41 > 22T[42]41 > riff
== Part 2 ==
Deconstructing some of the Dayplex family.
[I've been considering this family to be period five, groundstate, multiplex patterns with a single multiplex throw]
A) 24[64]45 instead of [64]25[22]4 that mistakenly made it into the previous part
B) Columnesque variation
C) 23[53]34 comes from subtracting one from each number of 24[64]45 except for the implicit 2 that transitions or stocks the multiplex pattern
D) 23[43]53 reduced from 24[54]64
E) Outside variation
F) 23[53]52 reduced from 24[64]63
G) Activated variation with spins/orbits
Part 1 of a progression that began brewing back shortly after Kaylin @thatjugglinggirl and Mike Day's @mister.mike.day siteswap of the week #32. Thanks for some inspiration!
A) Inside version of [54]6424 transitioned to
B) Inside version of 564
C) More columnesque version of 645 with 6 outsides, 5 insides and a rough transition into
D) Columnesque version of the "Dayplex" [54]6424
E) Another inside variant of a period 5 multiplex pattern. Here I am doing inside [64]25[22]4. I was intending to do the [64]4524 variant in the same family as Dayplex but also transition to
F) a columnesque [64]25[22]4 and
G) an outside [64]25[22]4 variant similar to the tennis thread the needle multiplex I most commonly encounter
H) i really like how the Gattoplex, 24[54] transitions into
I) 24[54]64, it feels like an extended Gattoplex. It tacks on a 64 at the end of the pattern
J) The transition back to 24[54] is actually nice despite how sloppy I do it here
K) a final period 5 plex pattern: [64]6324
On Dec 29, 2025, @ericsipos and I shared our love of juggling in a workshop entitled “Juggling for those who think they can’t juggle.” It was a huge success! We had more than 8 students and dove into the fun part of dropping ish! For me, gender norms and bullying kept me from the joy of this art form for SO LONG. 😫 I want to reverse that for others and give them this gift that it took Way too long to receive myself. ☺️🥹🥰 Thank you to everyone who came! And to @aloftcircusarts for the yearly tradition of winter workshops and letting me host one! Until next time, keep throwing things around, my friends!
Intro to Juggling Orbs with @ericsipos was a great way to get warmed up and start the day! Everyone had a great time learning to catch and trying to grab as many tosses as possible.
Today is the day where I get to have a beautiful and great experience with my best friend. We’ve come such a long way to make it to this stage. I’m so damn proud of us! Love ya bud, and I truly wouldn’t want to be doing this with any other human!

In just over two weeks we will have an opportunity to perform for the International Jugglers Association festival taking place in Evansville Indiana. We hope to see you there!
