“It began with 8 kids at Pan Pacific Park—
and a simple belief: create something meaningful, and they will come.
Today, that vision has grown into a community of 200+ athletes.
Our program is rooted in motivation, inspiration, and fun—
empowering players to take accountability, build confidence, and develop a true love for the game.
We’ve reimagined the role of coaching—
giving the game back to the kids.
Our athletes are encouraged to think, communicate, and lead—
calling their own timeouts, using their voices, and supporting one another on the court.
This approach builds not just better players,
but more confident, self-driven individuals.
This is more than a volleyball program.
It’s a growing community creating real impact for kids and families.
Built for the community.
Powered by the kids. #panpacificp @girlsplayla #girlsvolleyball @panpacificparkla@laparks.playla
The people have spoken. Sparky is on the run. 🐾🔥
Three Colors: Pan-African took home the 2026 Best Slamdance Audience Award for Narrative Feature — and this one means everything because it came from the audience.
This film was built on courage, vision, and truth. No stereotypes. No shortcuts. Just bold storytelling and powerful voices committed to telling these stories with depth, humanity, and creativity.
And Sparky… what a symbol.
A forgotten 25-cent plastic dog transformed into bronze. Overlooked turned undeniable. That’s independent film. That’s artists. That’s what happens when something underestimated rises.
To the incredible cast and fearless filmmakers who poured heart into this — this win is earned. The art was lifted. The voices were heard.
Special shout out to composer Evan Wright @theevanwright , whose music strikes the soul and elevates every frame. The emotional heartbeat of this film lives in that score.
The future is bright. Keep running. 🐕✨

Honored to be part of Three Colors: Pan-African — an anthology exploring Black existence through the colors of the Pan-African flag.
What inspired me most was the courage and vision of these filmmakers. They told powerful, deeply human stories while avoiding the usual stereotypes, choosing creativity, truth, and authenticity instead. Their voices are strong, and their future is incredibly bright.
Grateful to work alongside such talented and fearless filmmakers and an amazing group of actors who brought heart and honesty to every moment.
Proud to have been part of something meaningful.

Dear friends, we’d like to introduce you to Eric Etebari @ericetebari , who will be playing Trinity’s former lover, Fredrick.
Known for his role as Charles Talbot in The Lincoln Lawyer, who was cross-examined by Mick, played by Matthew McConaughey.
He also appeared in 2 Fast 2 Furious, Narcos: Mexico, CSI: Miami, and 100+ titles in Hollywood. It is our great pleasure to work with him.

We collected all the kids’ cell phones today, and the results were incredible. They were more focused, more connected, and had noticeably more energy and fun.
🎉🪩 When actor/coach ERIC ETEBARI from Sunshine U13 Hollywood heard there was a Disco-Themed Coaches Costume Contest at the Summer Soirée volleyball tournament, he didn’t just show up—he went full Saturday Night Method Fever. 🕺🏼 🔥 Did any Coach stand a chance? Not unless they were born under a disco ball and raised on glitter and polyester.
With his ultra-stylish sidekick Coach Kimson by his side—rocking a 🔥 shiny red suit, gold-rimmed glasses, a polyester shirt so loud it had its own beat, a bird’s nest hairdo that may or may not have housed small wildlife and A genuine (yes, GENUINE) mustache—they boogie into the win🏆

I swore, you’d never catch me dead coaching girls’ club volleyball.”
Now I’m 19-0, emotionally attached, and planning practice drills in my sleep.
I’ve made a terrible mistake. 🤪@sunshinevolleyballclub@panpacificrc
