On September 10th, our sweet Amias (Uh-My-Us) made his way into the world, a little earlier than expected but already so perfect. From the moment we met him, our hearts expanded in ways we never imagined. He’s tiny, full of wonder, and already teaching us what love truly means. We did it, from idea to creation and execution. One year in the making, but the biggest challenge starts now. CoreNest El Salvador 🇸🇻 is going to impact generations of founders and their families, create thousands of jobs, and provide funding for entrepreneurs who otherwise wouldn’t have the opportunity to follow their dreams. In small countries like El Salvador and across Central America, access to risk capital simply doesn’t exist the way it does in the U.S., Canada, or Europe.
With the support of President Bukele, the Ministry of Economy, and the Invest in El Salvador team, this vision is now a reality because CoreNest was willing to pioneer, take on the challenge, and accept the risk. A $25 million fund with a new accelerator launch pad with government incentives like no other in the world, to invest in 300 startups and then follow-up $100 Million to invest in over 1000 more startups.

We drove five hours to experience Animalón, the restaurant by Chef Oscar Torres, which was recently awarded a Michelin star. The restaurant is built beneath a massive oak tree, creating a magical, treehouse-like atmosphere. Every dish delivered a unique flavor, with ingredients that complemented each other perfectly. We opted for the six-course meal instead of the nine, and we all left feeling completely satisfied.
This restaurant is on the more affordable side for a Michelin star experience.
📍 Baja California’s Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico, I highly recommend it!
