Thank you, from the bottom of my heart…
If you have it to give, any donation is appreciated. If you can’t contribute financially, please share this post and the GoFundMe link. We are truly grateful for the support, and we are praying for you as you pray for us! I have every bit of faith that Coco will walk again, and I’m praising GOD for the victory, in advance!

This is where I spent my formative years as a young Artist in Baltimore. If you have a child interested in the Arts, I highly recommend this institution! It’s the oldest continuously operating African-American community theatre in America!
Eric's story:
On March 15th, 2026 at 5:45am, I was awakened by a phone call from my Mother with the terrible news that my sister Erica, affectionately known as Coco, had suffered a near fatal fall from her 3rd story balcony. She called to let me talk with Coco and pray before she went into emergency spinal surgery, with a 50/50 chance of walking again. I couldn’t believe what I had just awakened to. After a successful surgery, Coco spent time in shock trauma.
On March 20th, she was moved to a rehabilitation facility, and has been working with physical, occupational, and recreational therapists, on her journey to wholeness. We are expecting nothing but miraculous healing; and that Coco will not only walk again, but be even stronger than she was before the fall.
With this unimaginable circumstance, we are doing all that we can as a family to show up and support Coco in every way possible. She certainly has all the fortitude, resilience, and determination to do everything in her power to make it to the other side of this traumatic experience. But it won’t be an easy task.
We’re launching a community-based fundraiser to alleviate some of the financial stress that this accident has caused Coco. With all of the different appointments and services required for her healing, I don’t want her to be focused on anything other than her goal of walking again. Because she won’t be able to work during this time, we are doing our best to make sure she doesn’t suffer from a lack of resources when it comes to access to the care she will certainly need.
If you know my sister, you know how big her heart is, and how much she has done for the community. We’re reaching out to the community to hold her up in this time of uncertainty; and thanking you all in advance for your prayers, well wishes, and any support you can offer during our time of need.
With much LOVE and gratitude, Eric, and the whole family!
