Some information has been going around about the dark underbelly of Burning Man, psychic attacks, and other weird things. I’ve always felt that in some crevices there looms a wild shadow side to Burning Man, but that’s not really shocking considering there’s a shadow side to literally everything. Especially places where there is so much light. This world is the host of all aspects of life — light and dark — feminine and masculine — creator and destroyer. And I do believe that the Earth is governed by some pretty shadowy forces, and souls like you and I are in a constant battle to uplift the vibration. So, it’s only natural that from time to time we face those battles directly, whether it be in real life protesting a murderous regime, or on a playground like Burning Man. The key is just knowing it is there, recognizing it when you see it and not dismissing it as social theater, arming yourself with light, protecting yourself and others with strength of heart, and not letting fear override your senses. In the end, the light always wins. Remember that, and take it with you everywhere you go. May the force be with you 👊🏼
