The OG and the Baby G. Gonna be splitting my time between @reyna.paris and @mischief.paris but if you've noticed I have not been in the Reyna kitchen for a minute, it's because I've passed the reins over to the new chef de cuisine @arnoldsaynesmendiola15 👨🏽‍🍳 Expect the same bold flavors as I am still going to be curating the menu and will also be asking him to collaborate with me on some dishes! But now the focus is on getting the new place open. So I'll be pretty full-time at Mischief for the first few months until we get everything working properly before I start to shuffle back and forth.I am workingg on how to balance work and life and thriving in the inevitable chaos. All this and a few collabs and side projects. Before I start saying I'm tired, I'm going to switch directions and just say- how lucky am I to be happily exhausted doing what I love to do? How lucky am I to have people who believe in my silly dreams? How privileged am I to be able to nourish people and show the world who I am through my food?
