A hard working bibingka baker in front of Angeles City’s Santo Rosario Church.
Bibingka is a traditional Filipino rice cake made of rice flour, coconut milk and sugar, usually topped with grated coconut, butter, and cheese. It is baked in a banana leaf lined clay pot that’s heated with charcoal underneath AND on top. It’s one of my favorite Filipino delicacies.
