Another jazz great passed this week. I photographed Al Foster in 1991 at the Charles Hotel Ballroom with Sonny Rollins. This photo is in my recently published book "Rock to Baroque"

I have two passions in life, music and photography. The result is this book. “Rock to Baroque” Four decades of music photography.
On the cover is David Bowie and the back cover will be Leonard Bernstein. Rolling Stones, Johny Cash, Donna Summer, Kurt Cobain, Dizzy Gillespie, B.B. King are some of the musicians in the book.
The book is self published and I started a GoFundMe campaign to cover some of the expenses.
