We’ve had loads of questions about TRACKSIDE SHOOTOUT since the workout release, especially from people who’ve never tried @ergshoot before 👀
Don’t worry though, the guys will be on site all day giving everyone chance to get some practice in and get comfortable with it before hitting the competition floor.
At the end of the day, CrossFit has always been about constantly varied movements and being tested outside your comfort zone… and this definitely does that 😂
Once you get a few rounds in, you realise pretty quickly it’s nowhere near as intimidating as it looks. It’s genuinely one of the most fun things we’ve brought into the comp this year.
The pressure of trying to hit shots when your shoulders are gone and your heart rate is through the roof makes it chaos in the best way possible.
