It’s day 112 of the genocide happening in Palestine. This is heartbreaking and unacceptable. In 2024 we know better than violence. We can do better than slaughtering people. It’s horrific what is happening. Horrific.

We as a team and an organization stand on the side of liberation. We stand in solidarity with Gaza and Yemen. We want peace and liberation for everyone. We stand with Sudan. We stand with the Congolese. We stand with Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all Indigenous tribes in occupied United States.

We know this is just words but solidarity is a starting point. We invite you to join the fight for humanity if you haven’t already, we encourage you to speak up and out, including letting elected officials at every level know your thoughts, demands, and expectations. Send emails, make calls, go to council meetings. Get LOUD. As tax payers and citizens the will of community needs to be heard and we need to get louder as a collective both in our voices and or resistance.

Niyara enjoyed exploring while completing the scavenger hunt, bird watching with our birding expert, hearing the magical sounds the earth had to offer, and finding peace in community!
