Today’s minute moves are all about arms:
Arm Circles:
- With uwraps on, hold arms out to the side
- Small circles, 30 times forward and 30 times backward
Goalpost Presses:
- Hold arms out, bent at the elbow in goalpost position
- Slowly press arms overhead and return down slowly
Repeat each move 3 times to get a simple, effective, and burn.
