This morning I sat down after a beautiful & yet difficult session at the ELP - thinking about life in general & making clear to me how important it is for all of us to make clear decisions!
We need to target our surroundings & be very aware of who we choose to
trust & believe in !
Today’s society is being controlled by huge powers & our goal needs to focus on making only good choices!
Our program focuses on that particular matter - being a self master of that requires a clear understanding of WHO we are & WHAT do we need as the basis of making these so important choices!

The Balu the Bear is in the Hospital for the weekend. Around noon today he could not urinate but blood 🩸 coming out of- by 4pm I was in the emergency 🚨 clinic. 5 hours later now back home without him - no real diagnosis yet but it could be bladder stones - prostats infection- nothing concrete until they get more ultrasound images tomorrow & Monday - now a catheter under anesthesia- IV fluids. IV antibiotics & pain meds - Will go there again in the morning to visit him - we need good energy for him from everyone! #goodenergy #bestfriend #bestdogever #healing #dogs
This morning’s early ride 🐴🏇🐴 after a beautiful session with a new client reminded me once again why nature is such an essential part of my life.
The quiet of the 🏔️ mountains, the fresh morning air, the sound of the horses moving through the trails, the light 💡 touching the canyon… it all creates a sense of grounding that today’s world often takes away from us.
Every ride brings me back to myself.

The Process of Evolving:
🧡 Sometimes I need to ride out alone—just me and the horse—letting the quiet settle everything inside. In that stillness, I reconnect, I breathe, I come back to myself. The rhythm of the horse beneath me has a way of dissolving the noise of the world and bringing me back to what is real.
🙏 A friend recently kept encouraging me to leave “my” mountain and head into the city, not quite understanding that it’s simply not where my heart is anymore. When you’ve found peace within yourself, the pull toward noise, chaos, and constant movement begins to fade.
✅ Thirty years ago, I felt differently. The world felt different too. But we evolve—if we allow ourselves to truly listen, to go deeper, to grow in alignment with our soul.
