New location unlocked📍✨ Hi guys👋🏼 I’m Millie, a Personal Trainer based at EP Stockport. As a qualified nutritionist and online coach, I help women build strength, confidence, and feel empowered inside and outside of the gym. With years of experience coaching clients, alongside my own background in bodybuilding and competing, fitness has become much more than just training to me. SECOND CALL-OUTS AT THE PITTSBURGH PRO 🥹 15th out of 26 incredible ladies 🤗 I clearly didn’t stand in the centre of the stage like a donut but oh my goodness I had SO much fun up there! We brought a different package to last week and came in slightly fuller which gave the appearance of a more tighter look which was acknowledged in the feedback from Tyler. Over the moon with the progress made on last week! 1️⃣ DAY OUT Morning visuals 🤝🏽 Looking to bring a slightly fuller look to this show compared to last week. Like I’ve said before, this season is all about experimenting with different looks, seeing how they present on stage and using that feedback to keep progressing 📈 We came in with a rough plan of the looks we wanted to trial, but bodybuilding is never completely set in stone and being able to adapt is part of the process, which is exactly what we’ve done. I absolutely LOVED the look we brought last week, so that alone is a huge win, but the goal is always to keep improving from there! Progress had stalled He’d been training in his garage for months, lost a decent amount of weight, putting the work in consistently. But he’d hit a stall point. The problem? Getting information from everywhere. YouTube videos, Instagram coaches, forums arguing about nuances that don’t actually matter. This causes you to change your process so often that you never actually get the result you want. When he came to me I stripped it all away. One training programme. One nutrition plan. One process to follow. He stopped scrolling for hacks, stopped second-guessing what he was doing. We dialled everything in and he stuck to it. 8 weeks later, absolutely fucking peeled. We’ve always had information, there’s always been information there. Why don’t we see more people in shape?
