Tyler Williams, Director of Culture, has been at EP for *checks notes*…8 years now.
And if there’s one thing we love more than her daily fit checks, it’s watching her grow, evolve, and make everything we do stronger—no matter what team she's on 🥺.
Now, in the interest of fairness, we asked Tyler what she loves most about US. Her take:
“The free Diet Coke… just kidding. It’s the people. It’s such a gift to genuinely enjoy the humans you spend eight hours a day with.”
Tillman Cuttino has spent nearly two decades at EP+Co—which means we’ve witnessed him participate in at least one questionable trend 🙁.
It also means we’ve seen him try new things, pick up new hobbies, and ultimately build a career that feels entirely his own—a career best described as totally tubular, dude.
