Today, we are honored to recognize the incredible generosity of Retired Air Force SMSgt Irv Duvall for his meaningful investment in the future of our EOD Families.
Through his support of the EOD Warrior Foundation Scholarship Program, Irv established six new scholarships for EOD dependents in 2026.
Among them is the Pam Smith Nursing Scholarship, a $5,000 award created in honor of Irv’s daughter, Pam, who dedicated 30 years of her life to serving others as a nurse. In addition, Irv created five $1,000 scholarships to support EOD dependents pursuing technical certifications and career training opportunities.
These scholarships represent more than financial assistance, they are an investment in education, opportunity, and the next generation of the EOD Community.
Thank you, Irv, for your generosity, your continued service to others, and your commitment to helping EOD families thrive.
