From tactical business growth and leadership workshops… to intentional life planning and legacy-focused experiences for entrepreneurs and their families… next year is being built to support the whole entrepreneur.
This is what makes EO Atlanta special. A chapter committed to growing together, challenging each other, and continuing to raise the standard of what this community can be. 2027 is already taking shape — and it’s going to be something special.
Breaking bread, sharing stories, dining round. There’s something truly special about taking time to intentionally connect and that’s exactly what we did this weekend. From ITP to OTP, our chapter gathered around tables to enjoy each other’s company, to learn about passions beyond the grind and to gain greater perspective on what makes each member tick.
This year’s Global Leadership Conference (GLC) in Dublin was in a word, LEGENDARY. Every incoming board member in attendance spoke of their love for the Atlanta community, the regional reach and the global connections gained through membership in EO.
The organization as a whole is moving forward in a very positive way and our chapter specifically has what it needs to thrive and grow.
As keynote speaker, Steven Bartlett spoke to, most constraints are not real. They are tradition and preference dressed up as rules. How many of our own ’we can’t’ statements are actually just ’we haven’t asked why and what if’?
So, what if you leaned into more EO leadership opportunities? What if you learned how to unlock a change your business needed? What if you had the support to become a more whole, more fulfilled entrepreneur?
In this episode of the EO Atlanta Taking Flight Podcast, @tourville_sarah sits down with @davidherncpa CEO of Sofer Advisors, to dive into the art and science of understanding what makes a business truly valuable.
David shares how his Atlanta-based, family-run firm partners with companies of all sizes. He discusses the biggest factors that drive business value, including the importance of strong financials, reducing founder dependency, and building recurring revenue streams.
Listeners will also hear David’s insights on why removing yourself from your business can increase its value, how to reduce “key person risk,” and why Sofer Advisors chose a name that reflects their mission, not a single individual.
EO Atlanta turned out for @annemahlum this past Tuesday. Honestly, who wouldn’t want to be in the room with a business legend, who speaks candidly and owns her own choices?!
We were fan-girling and -guying so hard. The conversation was powerful and our takeaways, profound.
Not only did we listen and learn. We also inducted Anne into the dragon slayer club, honored our own slayer, @rhondasuttle8 on her 18 YEARS of being the heart and soul of our chapter and gave some love to our president elect, elect @tourville_sarah .
We’re still dreaming of sipping away our evening together! Hosted at The Roof at Ponce City Market, the signature wine experience brought a rare, sure to be, vintage moment to life. Dana von Sternberg, owner and Winemaker of @vokelcellars poured passion into our glasses and shared his story and the why behind his wine.
To the strong, bold and fearless women of EO Atlanta, we are honored to be in your presence on this international women’s day and every other day. Here’s to the next generation of empowered, innovative and inspiring women!
Sharing wine and wisdom at the latest MyEO Atlanta Wine Tasting Group. We love to see it! Whether you’re looking to raise a glass, lean into a favorite hobby or share a passion our MyEO groups offer a chance to catch-up and connect outside of forum meetings and learning days.
🎉Our 2028–2029 EO Atlanta Chapter President 🎉
EO Atlanta please join together and help us congratulate Raj Shingadia, who has been elected as our 2028–2029 Chapter President!
We are excited about the undeniable value he will bring to the chapter!
There’s one thing for sure, we couldn’t be who we are or do what we do at EO Atlanta without @rhondasuttle8 A gracious leader, a kind heart, a slayer of dragons, a force for good, a calming presence, a trusted confidante and so much more. Rhonda, you are tantamount to none and beyond deserving of this honor.
