When in Tokyo, you’ve gotta go to Philly.
Stopped back at @nihonbashi_philly for a taste of home. The wild part? Kosuke recognized me right away and asked if this was my second visit. Last time I was here was 12/12/24, the season Philly won the Super Bowl.
With so many people coming through his restaurant, the fact that he still remembered my face says everything about how connected he is with his customers.
Please stop by whenever you’re in Tokyo… you won’t be disappointed!

It was so special to be back “home” in HK. I can’t wait to visit it again.
