Last night, Envision Saint John brought members of the development community together for the Developers' Den - an evening of bold ideas and fresh approaches to building.
Three innovative concepts were pitched, with our panel of "dragons" offering insight and challenge, and ultimately selecting a winner. Congratulations to Kamran Mohammed of Ikar Architects!

While there, Jillian was interviewed about how Envision Saint John is applying destination marketing strategies to support talent attraction in the Saint John Region.
The approach is grounded in a simple idea: the same factors that draw visitors - vibrant experiences, quality of life, and a strong sense of place - also influence where people choose to live and work. As competition for talent grows, aligning how we promote the region to both visitors and potential residents is key to long-term, sustainable growth.
