💙🪩🎷 “Somebody to Love” is now yours to dance to, cry to, escape in, whatever you feel. This song came out of a dark period in my life in the fall/winter of 2025. I went back and forth on if I should release it or not because of how personal the lyrics are. I didn’t intend on having any sad songs on my debut EP but as a songwriter I write how I feel, and this is his how I felt at that time.
Writing my feelings down in song-form made me realize how toxic my thought process was and set off the beginning of a new self-love journey. I realized the only “somebody” I need to work on loving is the person in the mirror.

@rileysmith___ was patient with me in the creation process and his words of encouragement really helped me get it done. On my own, I probably would have scrapped it because I felt like my life was falling apart at the time of recording. In the end we got a beautiful, raw, and honest work of art.

@bydio_ was incredible as always helping me translate the feeling of the song to a visual with the single cover photoshoot. He’s always great at bringing different sides of me out on camera and is an important part of my creative family!!
