A one-year (Sep 2026 — May 2027) programme aimed to create open-access digital tools and a vision for the future network of young creatives across Europe.
HAPPENING is a European programme co-created by partner organisations including Entire Framework, supporting emerging creatives through training, collaboration, and hands-on digital tool development — with a mobility event in Brussels in May 2027.
For creatives aged 20–35 based in France, Belgium, or Italy working in:
performing arts, cinema, visual arts, or creative media.

For over a year now, Entire Framework has been partnering as a supporting development and design unit with Resident Advisor, a global ticketing platform and the world’s largest electronic music community.

Resident Advisor is the system of products for event visitors and explorers, readers and media professionals, promoters and partners, internal teams.
It combines RA Guide web and mobile apps — an event exploration and media platform; RA Pro — designed for event organizers to manage events and audiences; RA Pro Ticket Scan — an app to check-in visitors into events; and RA Admin — an internal panel for administrative and support teams.
With every new release, the RA system extends existing features, as well as grows into new branches.
Resident Advisor is a constant collaboration among buyers, promoters, and teams.

Entire Framework developed a web platform for TIMES @timesmovement , a cooperative project that brings together 10 European festivals and an audiovisual partner to create original performances that combine music and visual arts.
As well as the co-curation of artists and the project’s original performances, TIMES aims to support, promote, and improve diversity and sustainability within the music sector.
Co-funded by the European Union, TIMES is a project built on top of We are Europe (2015-2022) initiative, and is the next step to promote artistic and creative collaborations to actively work towards a better future for European music scenes.

Last year, Entire Framework continued experimenting with the digital identity of @stagetwo.io conference through web interactions. We wanted something to represent the nature of thought and exploration that grows into systems — moving, flexible, and responsive.
Stage Two is a network of Europe’s leading university-affiliated entrepreneurship centers that support students and researchers to turn their ideas into businesses.
Years of experience, a close link to business and research helps the organisation to support Europe’s next startup generation. Stage Two’s network strives to connect founders across national borders and provide them with access to international markets.
