Itâs always been a given that one day my sister would run her own coffee shop.
It might have been a bit of a surprise when she said wanted to kick it off this year, but I was automatically on board as soon as she floated the idea.
As a result of her hard work, @longshotcardiff has come to life in such a short turn around through her own research, branding and networking.

Flow States explores the profound impact of environments on our mental and physical states. Exploring apprehension for the future and that hesitance to dive into the next chapter in life without that extra push, with the element of water, symbolising both the fear of the unknown and the potential for renewal, to become one with its movements and allow the body and mind to accept this new reality.
