A group of our friends has been camping on or near Memorial Weekend for the last five years. We've gone to five different campgrounds + State Parks across Minnesota. We've celebrated birthdays, judged original poetry readings, and nursed many hangovers around a campfire. It's one of our favorite weekends filled with good food, great friends, and surrounded by nature.
...and sometimes includes watching the Wolves in the middle of the woods during the playoffs. 🐺🏀📺🌲

We've been friends for...honestly, I've been trying to do the math, but you know how we Elk River kids are terrible at math. 🤓 Since 7th grade, which is 12-13 years old, and if you're turning 38 today, that's....a long time.
The first three photos are from our 'WE time' trip to California a few years back, but the last three photos are just for shits and giggles from our college days as roommates. 😏😏 Please excuse the low quality of photos, it was 2008, and we were basically using an Etch-A-Sketch to take pictures then.

Working on wrapping up some new work with @theplaygroupmn . The Play Group is a Montessori inspired children's play area in the Twin Cities. They encourage play in an atmosphere that is developmentally appropriate and stimulating, while also offering an opportunity for adults to engage with other adults.
They offer a variety of enrichment classes for children and adults, events, membership options, parties, and are now offering baby shower rentals as well. 💕
