Red onions, with melted brie on a grilled brioche.
Topped with an over easy heirloom egg lettuce,aioli sauce, and a red wine reduction sauce.
It was "yummy". And very gooey....
The Salem Fire Department will be donating three surplus vehicles to Ukraine to support the ongoing humanitarian efforts in support of Ukrainian volunteer fire fighters.
Salem will donate one Pierce Fire Pump and two SUVs
The Ukraine military and public safety officials will put these vehicles to good use.
This donation will directly impact the people of Ukraine by providing emergency rescue equipment in the time of war.
All three vehicles will be located at Salem Fire Headquarters, loaded with firefighting, rescue, and medical equipment donated by regional departments. There is also a Wenham SUV that was generously donated by the town of Wenham. All vehicles will be picked up this Thursday, July 13, to begin their journey to Ukraine. As is customary, the vehicles sent to Ukraine are often signed with good wishes by supporters -
I would like to formally invite every one of you to stop by Salem Fire Headquarters to sign the vehicles between 3 and 5 Wednesday, afternoon July 12.
