On Monday we are jetting off to @animationproductiondays Stuttgart to pitch The Solitaire Mystery, with our brand new titles sequence, where we first meet our two main characters Dad and Hans at the start of their European road trip. (Sneak peeks seen in this post!).
This project has come so far and we’ve learnt so much along the way. It’s the best it’s ever been and we can’t wait to share where we are at. Plus a few days in Stuttgart sounds pretty great (🍺).

Meet Hans Thomas 👀
One of the central characters from our upcoming film.
We’ve been building a new face rig in Unreal to bring him to life: fully procedural, all joint-based, designed for stylised performance.
The focus has been on pushing expression:
more control in the eyes, stronger, more flexible blinks,
and finally getting clean mouth shapes without fighting the rig.
It’s still a bit chaotic under the hood 🙃 but here’s a fun rst glimpse at what we’ve been building.
