1.0 l tsi custom switchable maps. Stock + 4 maps. Many maps, many possibilities. Engineering exponent & Wolf Performance are proud to anounce that Multi-Map Switchable remap is now available for VW Skoda 1.0 TSI models ✅ We have had many customers call us to for Polo 1.0TSI. Some called specifically for motorsport specific applications where they wanted fuel, boost, launch control and added engine safety specific tune requirements. We also had a whole lot of owners wanting feature to activate/ deactivate pops n crackles and others wanting a pump gas tune and a high octane aggressive tune for some weekend fun at the track. Wolf Motorsport team initiated software code work almost 2 yrs back and the progress was slow in the beginning with quite a few setbacks. We had most of the code-level-access work done about year back. It was decided to take the work forward separately for motorsports and for the tuned car enthusiasts. From then on it was all about software testing and real world beta testing. We recently finished full functionality beta tests for 1.0 TSI models. Now a 1.0TSI user you can instantly switch between 2-4 independently tuned maps to meet his driving and performance needs (octane, boost, pops n crackles, immobilizer map and many more features for motorsports). All this by just pressing down on the throttle pedal to select desired Map. The Rev counter goes up to specific RPM to indicate selected map. This adds one more to the innovation list from Wolf Performance. The Porsche 718 Cayman 2.0 T is a very underrated platform to work on and it can do wonders with a few simple bolt ons! This particular example had come to us already running a stage 2 setup by let’s say tuner X and was running pretty good but the customer wanted more power throughout the rev range and we suggested him a few mods to help him achieve his goals! We installed a TTE465 Hybrid Turbo along with a TTE Charge Cooler Upgrade to help with the cooling! The car post these mods was loaded with our custom Calibrated Dyno Tested Stage 3 ECU Remap and the results were absolutely insane! The car made great numbers on the dyno and had massive gains throughout the rev band especially the top end! The car also did a superb 1/4 Mile timing making it the fastest Cayman in India if not Asia for the time being! We’re super happy with how the car turned out and Dyno Figures along with the 1/4 Mile timings will be shared soon! HYUNDAI VERNA 1.5 TGDi DCT STAGE 2+ UPDATE! After spending some time with the brand new CPEGD 3.20.1 and fine tuning this new platform on the road and Dyno we’re proud to present our Dyno Tested Stage2+ Map for the Hyundai/Kia 1.5 TGDi Platform! We’ve fabricated a custom SS304 downpipe getting rid of the OPF and Catalytic Converter! The car is also running a bolt on Garrett Intercooler ( courtesy of @stellarturbo ) and a K&N Drop In Filter. We’ve seen really good improvement at the top end compared to the stage 1 map and that’s credit to the Downpipe helping us push the car a bit more. We’ve achieved some Superb 1/4 Mile and 0-100kmph timings( Both Dragy and RaceBox timings are attached with some obvious difference between both the tools and their respective timings) which are comparable to a lot of Big Boy VAG Stage 2 builds! Jetta Manual Diesel Stage 3 development done right 👇 This Jetta MK6 2.0 TDI Manual wasn’t just flashed and sent out — it went through a full road + dyno development cycle. We started with multiple calibration revisions, testing each map extensively on the road under real-world load conditions. Every run was backed by data logging, monitoring critical parameters like boost control, EGTs, rail pressure, torque request vs delivery, and overall drivability. Once we narrowed down the strongest and safest calibration, the car was brought onto the dyno for controlled validation and fine tuning — ensuring consistency, repeatability, and optimal power delivery across the rev range. The result? A properly developed Stage 3 setup pushing: • 246.6 WHP / 539.5 WNM (RD Dyno) • 252.4 WHP / 530.2 WNM (DynoMax) • 283 HP (Crank) 1/4th Mile - 14.56 Secs ( Full weight , old tyres and hardly any traction that too on a manual! ) All of this on: ✔️ Stock fueling ✔️ Stock engine ✔️ Stock gearbox ✔️ CR177 Hybrid setup This is very likely one of the highest performing Jetta 2.0 TDI setups on stock fueling and drivetrain — achieved without compromising reliability. The Hyundai i20 Nline has become a staple in the hot hatch market in India and we’re no strangers when it comes to developing some super solid Calibrations for these New generation Hyundai Powertrains. Courtesy of @triiiiiishna we had a test car and tons of time on the dyno to test multiple revision and data log all the maps thoroughly to extract the best possible output from the 1.0 TGDi manual! The results were absolutely killer when compared to the Stock power levels! 0-100 - 8.21 seconds 1/4th mile - 15.86 Seconds On the RaceDynamics Dyno at FRK Racing the car made the following figures :- Stock :- 100.1 WHP & 184.8 WNM Stage 1 :- 132.3 WHP & 273.4 WNM That’s a solid gain of 32.2 HP & 88.6 NM over stock at the wheel! We also loaded the car onto a DynoMax Dyno at Speedworks and the car made the following figures :- Stage 1 :- 157.3 HP ( 143.9WHP ) & 239.4 WNM Thanks to @toxictuning wizardry magic we are able to achieve Stage 2 figures with just a Stage 1 remap and no hardware changes at all! This 1.27 lakh driven skoda octavia 1.8 tsi came to us for a stage 1 ECU and stage 2 TCU. After the toxification, this high mileage hero is pushing roughly 240 hp along with 340nm torque. After the dragy, this car turned out to be faster than a stock VRS also the fastest stage 1 1.8 octavia in the Country!
