STAMP was proud to be the production partner for the 2026 @engageforgood for Good Conference and the Halo Awards for the first time this year. Consisting of 3 days of programming including a main stage with over 100+ speakers, 6 breakout rooms, an Awards Gala with an after party as well as ancillary partner programming and activities, all 650 guests were fully engaged and energized to continue their important work driving meaningful causes and partnerships. This type of event falls squarely into STAMP’s sweet spot of merging our Production Services with cause-related events ensuring that they have impact far beyond the rooms in which they take place. Deep thanks to Engage for Good and @muneerp for bringing us into the EFG family and kudos to the EFG team @meredithlakis11 , Linda Garcia, Lily Rybarczyk, Henry Zhu, Patti Kurtz, and Luci Manning for not only doing an incredible job, but being awesome collaborators! Ahead of #EFG2026, we hosted our first-ever Collective Action Summits! Alongside our partners at @ideoorg , FSG and a room full of brilliant CSR funders and nonprofit implementers, we dove deep into two of the most pressing issues of our time: disaster response and food security. The goal? To move beyond individual efforts and imagine how we can coordinate to create an impact far greater than the sum of our parts. Together, we: * Identified the systemic barriers that hold back effective collaboration. * Wrestled with the tensions of past partnerships to find a better way forward. * Prototyped creative solutions designed to center humanity and support our most vulnerable neighbors. The challenges are vast, but as we saw last week, the power of collective creativity is even greater. Huge thanks to everyone who joined us to design a more just and resilient world. #CollectiveAction #SystemicChange #FoodSecurity #DisasterResponse #SocialImpact

beyondddd grateful to receive the @engageforgood 2026 emerging leader of the year halo award!! this means more than a caption can capture, but here are someee of the reasons this moment means a lot to me: - few BIPOC and/or young people are in positions of power within the corporate-nonprofit social impact space (peep the 2nd to last slide), let alone, are we celebrated how we should be - from fundraising $6M+ for youth mental health in 2.5 years, to pushing funders and institutions to trust in those doing the most impactful work… youth. i’m trying to push boundaries where i can - our contributions aren’t always elevated or seen. usually, its those at the top receiving the flowers for those keeping the work moving - ngl i’ve feared for my job stability ya’ll. we’re in a vulnerable moment where the social impact space more broadly is struggling. with the U.S. govt restricting critical funds to fund programs that are harming not helping the most marginalized… but we’re pushing and thriving the best we can on top of all this, i’m so so happy i was able to fly my mom out to be there with me and witness this moment ahhh 🥺 #socialimpact #award

What #EFG2026 said about where the field is going. The headlines say conscious consumerism is dying, but @publicinc 's research, conducted with Ipsos and EFG, says it grew 2% in a down market, during peak anti-ESG pressure. Two in three consumers shop their values at least some of the time. The audience is bigger than the industry thinks. The communications aren’t where they need to be. Legacy is not a strategy. @herbalifefamilyfoundation came to EFG2026 with 32 years of history and $72M in grants — and opened by asking whether any of that entitled them to stay the course. Their answer was no. Transformation sticks when it moves from strategy into DNA. Waiting for clarity before evolving is itself a decision. @blackstone hit 87% employee giving participation across 27 global offices. The industry average is 16–31%. The difference wasn't culture or budget, it was design. Volunteering was the on-ramp, not the destination. Participation gaps are equity gaps. The question isn't "how do we get employees to care?" It's "what are we making unnecessarily hard?" Subscribe for the full post-conference digest at the link in bio. Thank you to @tiktok and @upworthy for helping bring EFG2026 to life. #EFG2026 #PurposeWithPrecision #CSR #CauseMarketing #HaloAwards

It was an honor to take the stage at the annual @engageforgood conference in Palm Springs yesterday. The incredible @carlnassib and I spoke about both the privilege and the pressures of being “firsts” in our respective industries — and the importance of possibility models in shaping the future for marginalized young people. Thank you to Engage for Good for having us, and a profound thank you to Carl: you have opened doors for so many LGBTQ+ young people. Your legacy will continue to change the game for generations.

"There are people alive today because of decisions you made." That's how Muneer Panjwani closed his opening keynote this morning at #EFG26, and the room felt it. His message: survival mode makes sense right now, but it doesn't build the future. This week is about choosing abundance anyway. What was your favorite moment or quote from this morning? Drop it in the comments. 👇 More content from #EFG26 coming all week. Stay tuned!

We’re past the point of speculating on AI’s potential. It’s already rewriting job descriptions in real-time, yet the systems meant to prepare the next generation—education, workforce development, and corporate CSR—are still playing catch-up. This lag is creating a "readiness gap" that doesn't just impact hiring, it threatens to hardwire new inequities into the future of work. At #EFG2026, Catherine Dunlop (@dicoveryed ), Nekia Becerra, Ph.D. (@delltech ), and Alejandro Lozano, MBA (@verizon ) are moving the conversation from AI’s "promise" to the high-stakes work of systemic alignment. This mainstage session is a deep dive into the mechanics of partnership: how global leaders are moving past pilot-program fatigue to build scalable, trust-based pathways that ensure students don't just use AI, but lead with it. What you’ll walk away with: ✅ Understand exactly how the AI skills gap is disrupting hiring pipelines right now. ✅ See what deep corporate and education partnership looks like through real examples from Discovery Education, Verizon, and Dell. ✅ Learn what it takes to move beyond pilot programs to initiatives that scale with integrity. ✅ Gain a framework for ensuring AI education reaches underserved students rather than compounding existing inequities. ✅ Get practical guidance on partnering with existing organizations rather than building from scratch. If you’re ready to move beyond the buzzwords and tackle the work of building future-ready pathways with confidence and critical thinking, we'll see you on the mainstage. Join us this week for #EFG2026, April 21–24, in Palm Springs - link in bio.

When political identity becomes personal identity, disagreement stops feeling like a difference of opinion and starts feeling like a threat. With nearly 90% of employees reporting workplace polarization, we’ve reached a point where the fractures in our society are no longer stopping at the office door. At #EFG2026, John Wood, Jr. (@braverangels ) is stepping onto the mainstage to share a blueprint for moving organizations from deep division to genuine collaboration. John’s perspective is uniquely forged: the son of a liberal Black Democratic mother and a white conservative Republican father, he has spent his life navigating the exact fault lines that now fracture our offices. He isn't here to demand ideological alignment. Instead, he’s sharing how to build trust and shared values across the most difficult divides. This session goes beyond "getting along" and into the actual systems required to foster a culture of dialogue in a polarized age. What you’ll walk away with: ✅ A clear analysis of how polarization took root in American identity and why it is showing up in your organization right now. ✅ A practical framework for building a culture of dialogue rooted in the art of listening rather than the goal of winning. ✅ Tools for building high-impact collaboration based on shared values rather than shared ideology. ✅ Insight on how to create space for diverse experiences without repeating the mistakes of imbalanced inclusion efforts. If you’re ready to stop avoiding the hard conversations and start building a more resilient, collaborative culture, don't miss this session. Join us this week for #EFG2026, April 21–24, in Palm Springs - link in bio.
