Jan is one of the founders. The visionary of the Camp. Since day one, he has poured his heart into bringing the camp to life and he pushes the camp to grow and evolve every single year.
Every Burn, he arrives at the Playa with the same excitement as his very first one, inspired by the magic of creating unforgettable experiences and watching others discover the wonder of Burning Man for the first time.
Our friends from Estonia Camp are one of the reasons Burning Man feels bigger than one week in the desert. We met through our hub, camped next to each other for several years, and got especially close during the rain in 2023, when we spent the night together under our shade structure, partying and sharing whatever dry space was left. Since then, they’ve supported us in so many ways, welcomed us to Estonia for the Hedgehog Party, and kept bringing their own beautiful energy and art cars to the playa. For us, this is one of the quiet miracles of Burning Man: it brings people together in ways that feel strangely meant to happen
