Sometimes a simple walk on the beach is all it takes to bring you back to a calming state.
Episode 12 was everything instant noodles.
Its white aprons which makes this challenge all about creativity without the stress of going home.😅
Nothing is easy in the MasterChef kitchen and today it showed with the two challenges. First challenge was a 15 minute noodle challenge and the second challenge you had to create a dish that doesn't look like there's noodles in it.
I managed to get the win with my crepe suzette inspired (Benjette) 😂 and the 10 minutes advantage.
I'm starting to get the hang of making desserts.
The extra ten minutes will definitely come in handy.

Episode 11 had us battling it out for our first pressure test.
Man was this a crazy challenge. It's safe to say we all suffered 🤣.
@pmunda121 , @the_zulu_chef and myself managed to get the top 3.
I don't know how I won this round because visually it wasn't my best dish.🙃
In this episode we had to bid farewell to @joshhasafoodfetish , such an amazing chef and storyteller.
I never even thought I would reach the top 10.🙏🏾

Episode 10 saw us battling for the streetfood challenge. @the_zulu_chef@pmunda121 and @keith_reddy_masterchef_sa_s6 managed to take the top and chill in the gantry. Nkululeko took the win. In the second challenge @mrs_meth.candice took the win with her Mexican theme fish tacos .Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to @lesego.motshana . One the most calm person I've ever met. Always relaxed in the kitchen.

It's always a struggle to get them fresh. I managed to get these just in time.
