Position: Production Assistant
📍 Auburn, CA
Part-time to start, with potential for full-time
This is a hands-on role working directly with real flowers and custom resin pieces. You’ll be involved in multiple stages of the preservation process — from preparing delicate blooms to assisting with pours and display design.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Creative and artistic
• Highly detail-oriented (this is critical)
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on studio
• Open to learning and growing with our team
This role requires standing for long periods, working in varying temperatures, and performing detailed, repetitive tasks with care and precision.
