ThisGen Fellowship empowers a focused cohort of diverse mid-career IBPoC (Indigenous, Black, Person of Colour) creatives, to transform the cultural sector with bold, creative approaches to leadership. This year we are expanding this opportunity beyond just WA, and directors and cultural leaders from around Australia to apply. We will also be offering 4 places for Asia-Pacific and International fellows from our focus countries - Indonesia, India, Korea, and the UK.
