We are proud to be part of SistersIN, an inspiring initiative that is creating an ecosystem where schools, businesses, and leaders work together to help female students unlock their potential and develop the leadership skills needed for tomorrow’s workplace. As part of this year’s programme, we recently hosted a cohort of participating students at our Derrylin site for a Job Shadowing Day. Two of our mentors Rebecca Dilworth and Jacqueline Melanaphy took time to share their reflections on the day, offering a valuable insight into what the experience meant for them, and the benefits it brings to everyone involved. #collaboration #mentoring #chooseglass

A Day Of Hope 🫶 Encirc was delighted to take part and support the @aislingcentre1990 ’s annual Day of Hope, Healing and Growth, an inspiring event in Enniskillen that brought together people and organisations committed to our community. With a diverse range of speakers delivering powerful messages, it was truly a memorable experience for everyone involved. It was great to engage with the Aisling Centre and all those present in a meaningful display of commitment to our local communities. Furthermore, Jordan Scallon and Christopher Owens from our Charity Committee were present to hand over the proceeds from our fundraising throughout 2025. The Aisling Centre was our chosen Charity of the Year, we hope this contribution will support the Centre’s vital work and help them continue to provide care, support and guidance to those who need it most 🙌

It’s game on for the planet 🏉🌎 Ulster, Ireland and @enniskillenrfc star Robert Baloucoune and our very own Ulster and Enniskilen ladies player Rebecca Beacom recently joined forces to unveil a jersey designed not just for performance but to start a conversation that matters ✊ A visual timeline of rising global temperatures and a reminder of how rapidly our planet is warming, the jersey shows just how sport can influence and educate 💪 Rugby now stands alongside GAA and football as the latest sport we’ve teamed up with to help drive this vital climate action message 🙌 Go to our LinkedIn page now to read the full story on this great partnership 📲

Our sustainable Christmas tree is branching out 🎄 As the festive season looms large, our glass bottle Christmas trees are undoubtedly a touch of glass 🤩 Our Biodiversity Committee created the Christmas tree made of bottles and bottle caps for our site two years ago and now they are branching out 🙌 The trees are sustainable and reusable ♻️ St. Aidan’s High School and Experience Enniskillen have each received a festive tree, now proudly displayed at the school and Enniskillen Castle 👏 A fantastic example of innovative thinking driving sustainable, eco-friendly solutions 💪

How partnerships help power rural wellbeing 💪 We welcomed the Plough On group to site recently 🏭 Organised by @ruralsupportni , Plough On is a fantastic initiative designed to tackle rural isolation among older male farmers by creating opportunities for social engagement, learning, and health 👏 We chatted about our operations, sustainability, rural heritage and the importance of our communities 🙌 Initiatives like Plough On play a vital role in helping our local communities and landscapes thrive, and we thank them for a brilliant day 🫶
