i love boston, but i’ve grown so much since arriving here at 18 in the middle of a global pandemic. there’s bittersweet memories and phases of life i went through in this city and especially at bu. im grateful to those who were a part of my journey during the years that i am not as proud of. these songs reflect my world at that time.
i told some friends the other day that this record is really important to me because some of the songs expose some very personal feelings and experiences, but i joked that im already oversharing to strangers on the internet and that’s what songwriting is in a sense. so here’s to 90 Degree Dreams, a tribute to my past and to those who knew me in my menace era.
but anyway, thank you for listening. thank you for sticking around – im counting down to leave boston in around 100 days! in the meantime, this summer will be one for the books 🐞🐛😎💗
