we had 7 sweet years together, and maybe that’s appropriate cause i feel so lucky to have had him as my best friend, my literal shadow, my road dog, my adventure pal, my little mr. man, and the bestest boy for all that time.
my friend recently said “to know you, is to know dunder” and that couldn’t be more real. i don’t know how i would have survived without him through all the changes we undertook together, and i’ll always be grateful for his love - so pure and uncomplicated. he wasn’t just my dog - he was everyone’s.
i feel so honored to have my life absolutely ruined by how much i loved him and even more, by how much i will miss him 💕
6 years ago @gdful moved in with me and dunder into our 4th floor walk up in bushwick and neither of us were ever the same.
we were only roomies for 6 months due to 🦠 but the universe always gives you what you need - and i think for us it was what came after, that healed us, fed us, gave us many more tattoos and nights at the drag bars, and a friendship that extended far beyond a little roomi post back in 2019.
cut to us dancing at graces WEDDING and im VERKLEMPT at what those little baddies with the saddies on bushwick ave would think now. what a gift it is to witness those you love find the love they always wanted 🥹💕
