Bike Festival Freiburg – Second and final day!

Bitte meldet euch vorab unter [email protected], wenn Ihr eines unserer Testräder auf dem Ride-out fahren wollt. Vor Start auf die Runde haben wir unsere Bikes dabei, sodass Ihr unsere Bikes bestaunen und natürlich auch Proberollen könnt.
Jeder ist eingeladen, selbst wenn Ihr ein Fremdfabrikat fahrt.
Es geht einfach um einen Tag voller Trails, Spaß und guter Vibes – wir freuen uns auf euch! 🙌

Recently i tried to finish a project wich i didnt touch for a long time. An airshock, with a very special layout. There were some small details missing and now i finally started to solve these.
A very critical part is the sealhead. There needs to be a valve in the sealhead to access the room behind the piston. Thats easier said than done. In the pictures you can see how much space there is between the holes i drilled and the groove for the dust wiper and o Ring seal. The inner holes have a diameter of 1,5mm and There is a m3 thread to fit an adapter for a shock pump.
The valve does not seal perfectly yet, but it is quite promising.
