Event curation, logistics planning and coordination requires very strategic organizational and execution skills. Kim, P.R's goal is to always meet with the client and all partners involved to discuss the objectives, goals and expectations of the event. Planning the logistics and scope of the event entails: venue scouting, date/ time availability, client vision/ itinerary, advertising, cross marketing, staffing referrals and reviewing and negotiating costs. She specializes in organizational events, corporate events, hostings, parties, industry mixers, red carpet events, brand launch events, special guest appearances, single/mixtape/album releases, screenings, business meetings, conferences, receptions, festivals, concerts and tours. Upon inspecting venues to ensure they meet the clients’ expectations and requirements, Kim is sure to identify and pitch special considerations to secure the best venue deal. While conferring with on-site staff to coordinate event details, event preparation status and readiness, updates are being delivered to clients throughout. She then coordinates and monitors day-of execution for event activities to ensure the client and event attendees are satisfied.
