Meet Omid Razmpour, an Emory Entrepreneur Award honoree. As an ICU nurse during COVID-19, he saw firsthand the toll of burnout on health care workers. Now a dual PhD/MBA student at Goizueta Business School, Razmpour is researching how workforce instability affects both staff well-being and organizational performance. And through his company, Workforce IQ, heās helping health care leaders understand the financial impact of staffing decisions.

Alongside physical exhibitions (still at The Hatchery for your viewing!), we created a speed-pitching, coffee shop-style experience where 20 student ventures shared their ideas in small group settings. Each founder delivered a 3-minute pitch, followed by Q&A, and then rotated.
Result? More conversations. More feedback. More meaningful connections š«
