The Flip concept is a very classic cocktail which is three ingredients: whiskey, whole egg, and sugar. Dylan took that concept and flipped it on its head, using Ube for the coloring and for the flavor.
It comprises of Ube concentrate, coconut simple, rum, and whiskey. It is one of his favorite cocktails he has ever come up with.
