Some days really do feel like everything is collapsing underneath you and somehow you still keep moving forward.
I’m not religious, but I’ve always been drawn to religious symbols in art. I think they can represent faith in a broader sense. Not necessarily faith in religion, but faith in survival, hope, healing, people, or simply the idea that something is pulling you forward when things feel heavy.
The light in this piece might mean something completely different depending on who’s looking at it, and I like that.
