My purpose into making these videos is to show that you don’t need to be an elite athlete to give yourself a fitness goal or to train for Hyrox. I’ve seen videos of 70 year olds, people in wheelchairs, disabled athletes all competing. But I think that this is not shown enough!! Whenever most people think about Hyrox, they think about all those shredded hot human beings. So I’m here to remind you that anyone can train and participate in these events! I truly just wanted to give myself a challenge and to do something with my friends! So if you’re on the fence about competing, I say f#ck it, what’s the worst that can happen?!?
