Happy Mental Awareness Month 🫂
I was officially diagnosed and medicated this month. All of my life I’ve lived with something knowing I was wired differently but never really understood how difficult it was really making my life but always feeling like I was trapped in a never ending cycle with myself. Recently it all felt like it was crashing down on me and it was time to seek for professional help. It gave me so much clarity and lifted the weight on me. But what did I used to do before that? Besides a lot of reflection and conversation … Music. Music is my first love and has always been my outlet growing up, whether that was through band, dance, choir, producing, theater and more. Tonight I want to just play off how I feel in ode to myself and as a form of release. I want you to come and just cry, baby. Come as you are, doesn’t matter what you look like, how your feeling or what your going through. Let go and feel the music together in the way it resonates with you. Love you guys. Thank you to everyone who has been on this journey with me & see you tn 🫶🏼
