A reintroduction is long overdue, and if you’re new here, it’s just due. So hey, I’m Emily 👋🏼
I’m a nutrition + fitness coach who helps busy people simplify their health, build better habits, and finally see results that stick.
I started my online coaching business in 2017 after interning, earning my nutrition degree, stacking fitness certifications and working along side some of the best coaches in the industry.
I loved what I was doing, but I kept seeing the same struggles from people over and over:
❌Problem 1: Crushing workouts but completely lost when it came to food.
❌Problem 2: Busy schedules making consistency feel impossible.
❌Problem 3: People being told they had to restrict, cut carbs, fats, or be perfect to make progress.
❌Problem 4: People who wanted change but had no structure, no accountability, and no idea where to start.
So I built my coaching to bridge that gap. Combining nutrition, training, mindset, and habits in a way that feels doable, sustainable, and actually fits your real life.
What I love most is watching someone who’s juggling work, family, stress, and full schedules finally thrive. Seeing clients gain confidence, strength, and momentum — not by being perfect, but by being consistent — is why I do this.
My goal is to help as many people as I can gain knowledge and confidence around a topic that we’re never really taught.

SO. I am officially taking new clients for January! 💃🏻
But I need those applications in ASAP to secure your spot for the new year.
I’m looking for people who are truly READY for a change — the ones who are tired of:
✔️ Starting over every Monday
✔️ Working out but not seeing results
✔️ Feeling all-or-nothing with food
✔️ Not knowing what or how much to eat
✔️ Feeling uncomfortable in their clothes or in their own skin
✔️ Wanting structure, accountability, and a PLAN.
If you’re motivated, coachable, and want a program that bends to your life — not the other way around — we’ll be a great fit. 🤝
📩 Apply through the link in my bio and book your free consultation call.
Let’s make 2026 the year you build real momentum and never look back 👏🏼💪🏼
110lbs ➡️ 120lbs ➡️ 130lbs
IT’S NOT ALL ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT‼️
We’ve been conditioned to think that our weight defines us. We are “comfortable” at a certain number.
I ask you, if you were 20lbs heavier than you are right now, but you looked GOOD, could move better, could lift more. Your clothes fit well. You were confident. Would you care?
Probably not.
I used to be so caught up in how much I weighed and if it were anything more, I was “fat” and if it was anything less, I was “unhealthy.”
Stop putting a label on what you are based on your weight. If you feel good, confident, sexy, strong, like a badass..... then that’s all that matters 🤍
If you’re ready for a physical change and a mindset shift to take you away from the negative self talk and into a confident and more consistent you - let’s chat.
I am always accepting applications to new clients to my team. Application link in bio. Let’s f*ckin go 💯
you can be anywhere in the world, so don’t let location be an excuse 💪🏼
I need everyone who is against diet soda to shift their outrage to the original, insanely high sugar versions of these drinks.
AND to not be selective and include alcohol in their efforts to ruin fridge cig fun. 🚬
If there’s one thing I’d want every woman in her 30s, 40s, and 50s to hear from me, it’s this.
Lifting isn’t optional anymore. Not at this age.
Muscle is the engine. It holds your bones together. It aids your metabolism. It keeps your posture upright and your body capable of doing the things you actually want to be doing in your 60s and on.
After 30, you lose 3% to 8% of muscle every decade, unless you actively are fighting to combat it. That’s the difference between feeling 40 at 40, and feeling 50 at 40.
I see too many women come to me in their 40s feeling ten years older than they are. Tight everywhere. Tired everywhere. Lost confidence in what their body can do. None of it is because they’re “old.” All of it is because nobody taught them this earlier.
You don’t have to be a powerlifter. You just have to lift heavy enough that your body keeps adapting. Three to four sessions a week. Strive to be the woman in your friend group inspiring others to do as you do 👏🏼
This isn’t all about how you’ll look. It’s about how you’ll feel at 60+
Comment “SIMPLE” and I’ll send you my one page protocol that if followed, will make you unrecognizable, healthy and feeling fit af for the next 10 + years.
You don’t need more sessions. You need heavier ones.
Fewer days of heavy weight, good form, full range of motion lifts + 20 minutes of walking on the days you’re not in the gym (and on the days you are if possible).
That’s the equation. I know it sounds boring, but boring builds strong bodies.
The strongest women I coach train three to four days/week. They walk daily.
They eat protein on purpose.
They sleep like it’s their job.
And the results show up and stay.
If you’re tired of training 5-7 days per week and not feeling like you have much to show for it, DM me “READY” and we’ll come up with a feasible plan that fits your life 💪🏼
I used to pour myself a glass of wine a few times per week after a long day.
I felt like it was the reasonable adult version of self care. Long day, pulled in a million different directions, so “I deserved it.”
It wasn’t helping anything but my short term satisfaction.
Alcohol was fragmenting my sleep and absolutely wrecking my recovery on the weekdays and that + more on the weekends. Adding extra calories as it was, increasing poor decision making, cravings and making getting to my fat loss goals waaaay harder.
The list literally goes on, especially if we are getting technical about it being a carcinogen and how it’s actually pretty f*cking bad for you.
This isn’t me telling you not to drink, but it IS me telling you that it might be a really large component as to why you’re sleeping horribly or having trouble losing fat and building muscle.

The fitness industry sucks.
It’s crazy, and also scary, how much contradicting crap is constantly being fed to us within the health and fitness industry, stating that each way is THE BEST way. All followed up with fear mongering about what will make you fat or give you cancer.
I’m all for different methodologies and whatever fits your lifestyle, but if you want to block out the noise and follow something that’s straightforward as f*ck, comment “SIMPLE” and I’ll send you my one page protocol for you to follow.
Check those boxes, day after day, week after week, and watch yourself become unrecognizable.
